Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

We offer a 72-hour money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you're not satisfied within the first 72 hours of your initial subscription, you can request a full refund, subject to usage limits.

  • Refunds only apply to your first subscription payment
  • Must be requested within 72 hours of initial purchase
  • Only eligible if you have used less than 2% of your allocated credits
  • Credits used during this period will be deactivated
  • Refund processed within 3–7 business days

2. Credit Purchases

Additional credit purchases are non-refundable once the transaction is complete. Credits do not expire and remain in your account as long as your subscription is active.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain access to paid features until the period ends
  • Unused credits are forfeited upon cancellation
  • No refunds for partial month usage

4. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our service, please contact our support team. We may provide credit compensation or extend your subscription period on a case-by-case basis.

5. Account Termination

If we terminate your account for violations of our Terms of Service, no refunds will be provided. This includes:

  • Generating prohibited content
  • Abuse of service or other users
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Violation of intellectual property rights

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible period:

  • Contact our support team through the contact form
  • Provide your account email and transaction details
  • Explain the reason for your refund request
  • Wait for confirmation (typically within 48 hours)

7. Promotional Offers

Special promotional pricing or bonus credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash value. Promotional offers cannot be combined with refund requests.

8. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension. We encourage you to reach out to resolve any billing disputes directly.
