Permission is granted to temporarily use Belani AI for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Under this license you may not:

  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose without a paid plan
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
  • Transfer the materials to another person

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content Ownership

Images generated using Belani AI:

  • You retain ownership of images you generate
  • You grant us a license to display your public posts
  • You are responsible for ensuring your prompts don't violate copyrights
  • We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Belani AI to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or conduct harmful activities

6. Credits and Billing

Credits are non-refundable and expire according to your subscription plan. Subscription fees are charged monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Belani AI shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our service, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
